Chef Diane Davidson is a certified nutrition consultant & trained chef. After working with big food delivery companies like Munchery, she started Cast Iron Kitchen wanting to do things differently – focusing on building relationships with each of her clients as as both their chef and nutritionist.

NO WASTE

We take the issue of food waste very seriously. We never use ingredients or water in excess, and no food goes uneaten in our kitchen. We recycle, compost, & donate. 

We order organic surplus and "ugly" produce whenever possible.
